We don’t like these documents any more than you do. The short version is that we don't directly collect any data on you except the email you sign up with, but rely on certain third-party suppliers to provide us with patterns we can use to create a better service for you. We are good guys.

General Information.

This information explains our privacy practices and what we do with the information we collect from you when you use our services. Please read the Terms & Conditions to understand about services. We express the right to change and update this policy at any given time and for any given reason. Normally, we’ll notify you when this happens.

Data collection.

First off, since we don't run an ad-based company, we don't collect data to advertise to you. Other than the email you use to create an account, we do not directly collect any personal data from you. To run our business, we rely on certain third-party vendors to provide us with information about your usage of our products. These suppliers are Google, Intercom, Baremetrics, Heap Analytics, Hotjar, PostHog, LinkedIn and Facebook. Normally we use this information to understand what users do, and if so, this information is not directly connected to you as a person. We also collect information about your devices and computer, and everything you send us (information from communication or use) to understand our target audience and service value.

If we advertise to you, we might use information and options provided by third-party vendors (like Facebook). We make efforts to handle these situations like humans, and we follow the new standard set by the GDPR regulations.
