The phrase "Pjolter" appear to have emerged in Norway in the 60s. It means "simple and raw". A bartender once spilled liquor in his glass of water – and swoosh – the "Pjolter" was invented. Probably the most simple cocktail there is. Just as applicable to food.
Our logo is inspired by the history behind the phrase. The mark tilts, just like the liquor did (into the glass of water). We have a main logo (top) and a logo symbol (left) in positive + negative versions.
This is the Pjolter – our signature drink.
