Welcome to the Heartland Partner Brand Guide

We value your partnership and have developed this guide to assist you in the creative handling of our brand.

A co-branded approach reinforces our partnership and the value our combined offering provides. All of the Heartland marketing materials included in this document or provided by a Heartland representative — such as logos, identifiers and other messaging tools — must follow the guidelines below and be shared with Heartland for approval.

All content that references Heartland and our products will require review by our legal and marketing teams before distribution to ensure all applicable disclaimers are displayed. The review process can take up to 10 business days — please reach out to your partnership manager to get started.

Partner Resource Site

Visit our Partner Resource Site for ready-to-use, co-brandable Heartland marketing materials. You’ll easily be able to find our latest product marketing collateral, digital assets and many other resources there. You can also order brochures, flyers and business cards — and have them delivered to your door.

Disclaimers

Heartland's standard disclaimer is below. Depending on the content of your materials, such as offers and promos, additional disclaimers may be required. Please reach out to your partnership manager if you have any questions regarding disclaimers.

Logo

The Heartland logo is the tangible symbol of our brand, representing who we are: our values, our expertise, our people, our offerings.

An enduring wordmark

Our logo is the foundation of our visual identity and is an endorsement of the content on which it appears. The Heartland logo should only be used on materials that have been reviewed and approved by the Heartland marketing and legal teams. Please use the approved Heartland logotype (also known as a wordmark) and adhere to the guidelines presented in this brand guide.

Heartland is part of Global Payments. The logo includes a small identifier to convey this. The combined logo should always be used, and the identifier never typeset separately.

If you need to use the Genius product logo for Global Payments retail, restaurant and enterprise POS solutions, contact brand@globalpay.com.

Logo color

Heartland’s logotype should be consistently presented using the approved logo color options show below. For digital applications, use the hex values — which can seen by hovering over each logotype. For print and physical production, use the PMS code or CMYK color formulas.

Minimum logo space

The minimum clear or white space required around the logotype must be the width and height of the "H" in the Heartland wordmark. Providing additional space around the logotype is preferred.

Partner co-branding

To communicate our partnership, a co-branded identity can be utilized, but it must adhere to all visual brand guidelines.

Be sure to space the logos accordingly and size both logos so they’re optically balanced. Both logos should appear visually equal in size, weight and space. Use monochromatic options for each logo, so brand colors do not clash.
