Is Brandpad only for studios?


Brandpad is made for design studios that work with clients, but the value is the same even if you’re a freelancer or an in-house team.


Can guidelines be updated?


Yes, the guideline can be updated whenever you want. When you do, the live guideline will automatically sync the changes so you don’t have to re-distribute the link.


Can I handle several brands?


Yes, without problems. All accounts can have several brands connected. You can invite colleagues to your account – or you can invite collaborators and clients to one, single brand.


What type of support do I get?


It doesn’t matter what plan you choose, you will always get full support from us. Just text us via the in-app chat or, e-mail us and we will get back to you as fast as we can.


How does sharing work?


When you are ready, you can publish the brand to make it accessible to everyone you want. End-users don’t need an account to use it – but you can password-protect the guideline if you prefer.


Do I need a credit card?


Yes, a credit card is needed in order to activate a paid subscription to Brandpad.


Do I or my clients pay?


We ask that anyone who needs editor access pays a license, that way we can ensure continuous improvements and support. Clients that only need access to the live brand guideline have so for free. If you’re a studio or a designer, we always suggest you pass on this charge when invoicing.


Do I need to pay upfront?


Both annual and monthly billing plans are charged in advance.


Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?


Sure thing. Our plans are as flexible as you are.


Can I use Brandpad with clients?


Yes. Brandpad is made to be used with clients, and we have functionality specifically made to help you handle client collaboration across a full brand portfolio.


Can ownership be transferred?


Your Brandpad account cannot be transferred, but you can transfer brands between accounts. So if you’d like to hand over a brand guideline to your client, they just need to create a Brandpad account and we can help you transfer the brand.


Is there a trial period with Brandpad?


There is a 3-week free trial for all plans. After your trial ends your brand guideline will be archived, when you log back in you have the option to restore your brands and choose the plan that fits the best. We never delete brands, so you can rest assured knowing that your brands will be waiting for you when you return to Brandpad.
