Our sustainability journey dates back to 2018 when we defined four key focus areas:

These have guided our efforts since. Early in 2022, we joined the UN Global Compact as a participant.
We aim to do what we can to support international efforts with the Global Compact’s 10 principles.

We welcome all brands big or small that share our goals in order to provide best service to players and their needs. Stats and NDC prognosis
Stats and analysis is what drives all of us and is core of our business and this industry. Catena brands are driven with SEO traffic on our assets, next to homepages, internal pages play a crucial role in maintaining authority and relevance on Google. Traffic source is organic and we strive towards quality
leads instead of quantity. Having this in mind, any prognosis of your success on our assets would be challenging due to the organic nature, your core targeted regions and many other factors. We are sure that you will see first hand the quality of our traffic.
What types of deals can we work on?
And do we need to pay flat fees on top of the deal?
We work on 3 models: revenue share, CPA and hybrid deals.
Depending on your preferences and different regions you would pursue, we would agree on a deal that will meet both sides needs.

How would you describe the management style in Catena Media?
We believe in leading my example and transparent communication. We conduct regular 121s, team meetings, company meetings - to make sure that everyone is aligned and encouraged to share feedback as well as new, innovative suggestions.
What is your approach towards remote working?
We have a hybrid model at the moment and we are still working on improving the 'remote working' policies. Our teams operate from offices, but also fully remote - depending on the employee's location and our business needs.
